Repairs: Simple processing when sending in defective devices

If you have any questions or require assistance with sending in equipment, please contact us at +49 (2159) 693 75-20 or reparatur@digicomm.de. In case of repair please proceed as follows: Contact us in advance for the purpose of assigning an RMA number. Please send the device as complete as possible and incl. detailed error description to:

The devices will be forwarded immediately to our repair & service department and you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. Subsequently, the devices are thoroughly checked in the endurance test. If the warranty period of your device is exceeded, a cost estimate will be sent to you before the repair, on which you place the final order for the repair with your signature.
